If Jesper Bram was alone in a forest and a tree fell on him, would anybody care? I’m sure he’d like to think so, but I’m not so sure myself. Here’s why:
In the past month, the Helmet Hair blog has received only one new post. I copied and pasted that post to Microsoft Word and the little paperclip told me Jesper’s post was only 17 words long, and contained grammatical errors galore. Nicely done!
Next is the issue of motherland. The six other people who bothered reading Jesper’s about page may have noticed he’s from Copenhagen, Denmark. North Americans are very familiar with Copenhagen. Everyone here knows its the city the Botwin family escapes to in Season 7 of Weeds. The problem is that some idiot by the name of Shakespeare has taught us that Denmark is a State (and a rotten one at that). Jesper, if you really are under a tree somewhere, I’m sorry but we’re way too ignorant to find you!
As I looked at the pile of spare motorcycle parts I call my kitchen furniture, it hit me: Jesper is out making a movie about the Kustom Kulture, my Microsoft Word staple cringed at the title. While I sat at home hoping to find the latest and greatest links shared on the Helmet Hair blog, he was out touring the world, meeting new people, filming beautiful one of a kind machines, and preparing to do what he always does: deliver us the what’s what of coolness in the motorcycle kingdom.
Jesper, keep on bringing the good stuff we’ve come to expect of you, and stay clear of falling trees!
