A regular Helmet Hair Reader, just sent me this photo of a Valentino Rossi cake she made for a customer. To bad I couldn’t taste it. But it looks pretty good. The creators name is Julie Carey and she has a company called Cake Me Happy.

    I have a love/hate relationship with cakes like this.

    I think they look awesome, but you can see how much effort has gone into making them – I am not going to be the person to plunge a knife into all that hard work and carve it into chunks – it seems almost sacreligious. I’ll go out of the room and let someone else do it.

    Could do with an Aprilia cake someday ;).
